Gentle gets one more year for me, sacking him now would just put us back where we was two years ago. He admitted last night he's made mistakes with his recruitment, he gets to put that right. He's certainly helped to bring through players like Crooks, Lineham & Shaul, who will be another season more experienced.
If we don't see improvement next year then fine, just don't think two seasons is enough. We've improved massively defensively, performed similar to last year in the league and had our best year in the cup since 2008.

Powell at Cas would be a good option for 2015 if if doesn't work out with Gentle.

Remember when Smith came here and changed the team and club so much but he does have a habit of buggering off but he also has a habit of building clubs up but as too now,i dont know as dont follow the aussie rugby and just see posts of our resident aussie "expert".

I might be wrong but read somewhere that Smith is coaching the US team so whether he would be available is questionable. As for whether I would want him at our club, noooooooo, we would be lucky if he saw out his contract.
