They'd better not be sniffing round Hall as he's under contract. From what I hear about their finances they couldn't afford the kind of fee we'd be looking for if we were looking to sell - which I hope we're not!

Hall is staying!
it was interesting though to hear James Smales tonight on Sportstalk. He was waxing lyrical about the quality and speed of some of our young players last night, then he went onto the 'Cull' and he said when asked that he felt including Jordan he expected 3 or even 4 new players to still be coming in. I thought myself with the cap that we would get Moa or a high profile Aussie, Jordan and that would be it! Interesting times and James Smailes rarely comment without a bit of back up information!
Perhaps there will be some movement after 1st!
Incidentally the players the Daily Mail quote tonight as going are exactly the same as those I predicted in the Diary 3 weeks ago and I really do think that they are all for the chop!

Turner and possibly one more plus whiting has signed,also dont forget the 3 young kids who are stepping up. |

I know rumours have been circling regarding Craig and Danny leaving the club. I have just spoken to a friend if mine who is a director at HKR and he claims that they are trying to sign them both. He told me that they dont believe they will get Houghton but he is very confident that they will get Hall.
