TrevlovesJanice, if you want to stick your head in the sand and can't be 'd to look through the threads & see the huge and simple errors Radford has made time and again that's your look out. That you can't even understand how a lack of basic man managament manifests itselfs in the attitude of the players and the way we are so up and down in performances (mainly down) again is
your lack of understanding. That isn't your fault as such, it just means you're not able to see the what, where, how & why..but is is pretty basic and so damn obvious I find it hard that someone with their head in the sand such as yourself can't see it?
I just presume you're a Radford lover and are just blind to the facts??
However the facts bear themselves out, Radford is even worse than Agar, I think that's pretty clear tbh
Radford inherited a decent core squad, not fantastic but some very good & experienced players, a large proportion of these have gone backwards, some dramatically so.
Radford has had pretty much free reign to do what he wanted, Agar didn't
Radford has far more infrastructure & a hugely improved youth set up, Agar most definitely didn't.
Radford hasn't had a shocking injury situation, he's had the luxury of being able to loan players out left right & centre
Both Agar & Radford made the same simple basic errors time & again, one's borne out of inexperience, lack of ability and lack of being able to manage people. However Agar had his hands tied beghind his back, whereas Radford hasn't.
We are so far adrift at the moment I can't beleive some are still backing Radford, insisting he either shouldn't be sacked or give him some games next season..
IF and yes that is a big if, we end up in the quag and find ourselves at the wrong end of the table next season with nack all to show for it (except playing a lot of championship teams) then I hope you can look the rest of us fans in the eye and tell us Radford is the amazing coach you obviously think he is.
No matter what I'll still keep coming to games, but at the moment I'm so disinterested it's untrue, much less bothered than when under Agar and I thought he was well out of his depth & wanted rid/couldn't beleive him being given the job...but despite being a turnip he wasn't a backstabbing liar unlike Radford.
Pearson has made an EPIC mistake, employing a hugely inexperienced coach with ZERO proven ability and was a player that didn't exude confidence or excitement at any point in his career. Pearson employs someone taking on a job purely for seemingly selfish personal reasons (monetary/self adulation)..unless he is so deluded he actually thinks he's anywhere near good enough..which could explain a lot if he did!
But crack on with showing/impressing me with your breakdown of how amazing 'coach' Radford is and what a fantastic job he's done, his achievements and targets that he's hit (not getting relegated doesn't count BTW) over and above what you would expect as a norm for a club of our supposed 'stature'...
