That was the gist i got Kosh. Which makes Gentle as the new coach seem the most logical of the few being touted. |

Nothing but he is not our coach...Bomber has a lot of experience and contacts so he is ideal for the role AP has chosen. Bomber will hopefully let the coach do his job and just be there representing our owner AP who by his own admission does not know enough about rugby. |

You said he'd done nothing, not won nothing. I'd give my right arm to watch a side like the one he put together in 2004 again. He did as well as could be expected at Salford - Tony Smith and Michael McGuire combined couldn't get them to win anything. |

Exactly.
AP needs a Rugby League man at board level. MCRea won't be running about at Brantingham in training kit, he'll be in an office at the KC.
Would people prefer AP to 'do a Hugell' and get involved with the playing side of things despite knowing nothing about RL, or have a RL man (McRae) helping to identify weaknesses etc.
The scouting network and Junior setup will all be under his responsibility. |

Considering Salford spent 50% of the cap in 2010 and not much more this season what did people expect him to achieve? |
