If I was in a brutal mood (which funnily enough, I am right now) it would be easier to name the players who I would keep.
Specifically, Fitzgibbon, O'Meley, Manu, Whiting, Briscoe & Houghton are the only members of the established first team squad who I would unreservedly keep. The rest (for various reasons) just don't bring enough to the table often enough. From the coaching staff, I'd keep Webster and no more.
But, as you say, this is just an hypothetical question. The harsh reality is, it's going to take some time to bulid a squad capable of beating the best. Essentially we're stuck with what we already have in the short term.
