The only RL games I have played have been pretty gash, as much as we all love the game! Was the last one honestly any good? I don't recall playing that one! The only sports games I found any good were Pro Evo, (although that is getting a bit dull now and online play is terrible), maddens and NHL
(apart from Football manager but that destroys lives worse than heroin)

Found the first RL game on PS2 quite addictive, but RL2 and RL WCE disappointing really.

Like I said, IMO only EA Sports could produce an RL game and do it justice.

Such a shame though, they shouldn't just be driven by sales/money - it should be about creativity too.

Yes because Aussie software is PAL. Also the PS3 is not region locked so any import game will work as long as your tv can handle it.

So, to get that 1995 Aussie RL Mega Drive game is there any way you can (legally) get it on the net, like the Mega Driver emulators I've heard about?

It really is a belter from what I remember - play with Australia v Workington and you can score from the kick-off with a prop, just plough straight through the middle!

I Wish EA would put as much effort into making the Rugby league game if they ever did make one, Like they do in Fifa games.

Personally I don't see the need to bring a new Fifa out each year - they rarely change ffs!

Same with Pro Evo, the WWE games etc, just cashing in IMO.

I cant wait for when people on here Vs each other and taking it seriously when its Rovers V Hull that will be interesting
