Not sure why Holdsworth would want to leave a Challenge Cup Final contesting team to join the lowly Salford.
Don't for one second think it would even be to do with money. That's the reason everybody is giving for other players joining Salford, which means they're either making stuff up or Salford have a salary cap for £10,000,000.

We have Paea signed up and seems odds on that Thompson is also coming. I'm slightly underwhelmed. Saints and Rovers are announcing some decent names but we seem to be targeting more Cas players that are not going to take us to the top 4

Season pass info comes out this month n on sale next so I'd expect signings to be announce end of month onward. Maybe in Wembley week.
Heard a few rumours of a top class 2nd row which could make sense.
Got some prospects there but a couple of injuries and we'd look light there

I can't see Hodsworth wanting to retyurn to Salford since he left them because they owed him money which they couldn't pay.

I don't think any signings will be announced until after Wembley.

We are losing some good players at the end of the season and they need to be replaced with equally good, if not better players, if we are to have a more successful season next year than this.

I've mentioned previously that I believe Pearson has learnt his lesson from last season, ie far to much talk regarding signings and quite a few not materialising. This year the club have kept everything to themselves and rightly so imo, they'll announce signings when they are complete this time around.

Shame we missed out on Mose Masoe. He would have been a fantastic impact prop for us. Would be happy if we could tempt Broughton back, to replace TB. If he hasn't already signed for Huddersfield.

Rovers signings are that good and have been overhyped.

Weyman is injury prone, he was injured again this week or dropped.
Costigan is an average backrow forward works hard, but their are SL players who would do a similar job, such as Dale Ferguson.
Keating is a good runner, but no where near as good as Dobson.

Player for player they will be worst off than this year.

They are linked with Amor, he would be a very good signing and I hope that we are in for him, would be a much better signing than Walker, think he nearly signed for us last year.

Just heard we turned Pettybourne down as we've already signed another back rower.

Paea, Bowden, green, walker, watts, Pitts, Johnston n waller on trial makes me wonder if well sign another prop(would/should go for amore)

There is only Sonny Bill off that list that would appeal - in a position that we need. No chance of him coming to SL though.

Mind you, Clarkey did say that McRae was attempting to pull off a big signing, one that would make Clarkey snog McRae if it happened



Also - we have seen a lot of times, NRL players that have 1 year left being released so that club can bring somebody in, so that list isnt the be all and end all
