This also underlines what an opportunity to challenge for top 4 we should have mounted with our squad. Saints have suffered badly with injuries, Huddersfield and Catalans pretty inconsistent, Castleford have a much weaker squad than us and Leeds have been awful. To be hoping to scrape 8th adjacent to Rovers and Bradford is appalling.
