I'd keep lynch, although not as good as his first season, still playing well this season.

Made the most meters and the 2nd most tackles at hull, in fact he has made 583 tackles with only 9 misses which is unbelievable.

Also we will have young props next year, so have an older prop will help them on and off the field.

As I said earlier in the year I doubt Lynch will be far off his previous year's stats at the end of this season. He was another immense player on Sunday - watch his efforts in defence at the end of each half in Sunday's game - when it's really hurting he was all over the joint putting the tackles in. And although not needed he was sprinting over to cover the last play when the kick went up. I wouldn't mind keeping him but as I say it may be attractive to him if he can get 2 years back in West Yorkshire.

Agreed, the two clubs may as well merge, be called Hull FC, and play at the KC Stadium, Hull

If we get Walker but Lynch goes the other way we are still going to need another prop.

I don't see us needing another prop, as next season we will have watts, lynch, Paea, green, Bowden and Johnson.

Also we have 2 very good props coming through in wilson and Tyson-wilson.

Our props have proved in the cup they can match the best, just need to be more consistent.

Our young props will get better next season also.

Most of the games this season we have lost haven't been because of the pack, more to do with the ack if halfbacks and taking our chances.

I still think we miss a Willie Manu type of player though.

We still need another prop, it doesn't take much for two of our props to pick up injuries at the same time. Only leaving us with four props.

As for Bobby Tyson-Wilson, from what I've seen of him this season. I'm not overly sure that he'll make it. For a biggish lad he doesn't run his weight at all for me, gets tackles too easily and has no urgency to get a quick PTB.
As for his little brother in the halves, his kicking game is amazing and really likes taking the ball to the line.

Is he playing for East Hull?

No when I've seen him play apart from at FC at Bishop Burton, he's been playing for West Hull.

You want the club to have 7 first team props in the 25 man squad? Total waste of the salary cap IMO.

I bet none of the other top clubs have more than 6 in their squad.

We've currently got Lynch, Ogre, Watts, Green, Bowden and Johnson as first choice props and a lot of people are still saying we're a prop short this year, I agree. I just think one more and we'd be sorted for next season with; Paea, Watts, Lynch?, Green, Bowden Johnson, and possibly Walker. Although I think we need another Paea type forward.

Our props next year look like being Watts, Paea, Green, Bowden, Johnson and Lynch/Walker.

I would be happy with Lynch and Walker but if we signed Walker and lost Lynch that would only leave us with 5 some of whom are quite inexperienced.

Wilson and Tyson-Wilson have no SL experience.

We would be losing a lot of expeerience, leadership and grunt if we lost both Ogre and Lynch and replaced them with youngsters.

We still need a big aggressive prop who punches holes in defences ala Moa. It has to be quality over quantity!

Prescott's retired, Mossop's leaving and Powell doesn't start until next season.
