Thought we did ok today but like Jake pointed out we looked a bit flat for the majority of the game. Our kicking was horrendous at times going for the wrong option, in fact I think our best attacking kick came from Manu. In those conditions some good high balls will have put a lot more pressure on than the little chips and grubbers we tried.
I got the impression the lads went out with a plan to stick to the basics today and pin Hudds deep in their own half (going on the kicks Ellis was making), maybe Gentle didn't want to give too much away ahead of next weeks knockout game.

Still a good turn out from the faithful and good to see the majority stayed to applaud the team who although not looking great, certainly gave 100%.

How do you work that one out? A team's past record means a particular result in a particular game? On basis you should have lost today, so basically you're talking crap.

I was bitter about the KR performance on Friday - but then realised it was only for two points and we got those back today. No doubt FC will have kicked on and ... oh hang on.....

Finished up in 4th place after Easter with a game in hand over many.

Good stuff plenty to work on and a solid base after 10 games.
