Only question with Burnett is if he'll even want to come back, he's on loan for the last year of his deal isn't he?

Ths start of this season is similar to the 2006 season, that was 2 wins from 8 i think?, i'd like to say that its too early for people to say that the season is already over but the chances of hull going on a run similar to 2006 is remote to say the least. Didn't jon wells predict that hull would finish 10th this season? his prediction is looking slighty optimistic at the moment.

Yeah, they had enough chances at a club with poor systems in place when it comes to developing players. Look at how they're doing at their new clubs. They are very talented youngsters that just aren't getting the teaching they need at this club, aren't developing, and as such are shipped out and then look good elsewhere where they DO get the right teaching in the right systems.

Pretty much every player is performing badly. We can't get rid of them all. 17 players don't perform badly on their own week in week out by coincidence. I think it's a miracle Danny Houghton has managed to break through our system, and even Tom Briscoe is beginning to look poor.

I was thinking the same thing about the season myself, its early but I do now believe if we keep Agar then we wont get anyway this year, so basically we wont get anywhere. I will just have to support probably one of the worst teams in SL.

This season is over as long as Agar stays in charge.

Not going to good for us at the mo either. Not sure the board could have done much more but the attitude the team are turning up with is not acceptable.

Both FC and Rovers have had a decent fixture list to kick off with and its hard to believe that we are both hanging around the wrong end of the table.

As things stand we are 2 points off the play offs with 40 points still up for grabs as well as still been in the Challenge Cup.

This year isn't over and done with if they change the coach soon.

2006 started badly, but I don't need to remind anyone how we ended the season.

I know mate. Yeah it matters as we should be aiming to finish as high as possible as you just never know in the playoff's but realistically we won't do anything.

After sitting through such a painful and abject display by what I can only vaguely call a RL team I have to be honest and say this season is already toast for Hull FC under the current regime. On the evidence of what we have seen since this season started we will be lucky to get half a dozen wins.

Agar needs to admit defeat and do the honourable thing and walk then the board need to take a long hard look at what they are doing to the product they are trying to sell and either invest in a coach who has a proven record of getting results and can do the job at Hull FC. If they are not prepared to do that then they may aswel close up, as much more of what we saw last night will be the death knel of this club as the heart has just about been ripped out of the fanbase.

As for making the top 8 we will struggle to stay off the bottom at this rate!! Unless major surgery is done now.

Not sure what your definition of 'decent' is but I would say Wigan, Huddersfield and a derby away from home with Leeds at home is a pretty damn tough start in my book!!

The season was over before it began for me !

We started SL 2011 with a squad that has some outstanding individuals in it but not enough of them, a squad that has some serious deficiencies at prop, HB and centre, a squad which is ultimately light years behind the top teams of SL and a total clown of a coach who is clearly not fit for purpose.

I have had countless discussions with you on this and most of the time stuck up for Hull and Agar but enough is enough it's time for change and NOW!!!!
