I find it amazing and interesting to hear those who are still supporting Radford. I'm not sure what it says about them as individuals or is merely a reflection of where the club is currently?

I do question the support he receives from AP? Is it Adam who isn't as forthcoming as he portrays in the media to help Radford, or Radfords inexperience to ask for help?

Either way to much water has passed under the bridge now and his position is unsustainable long term.

For what its worth I voted to give Radford a few games next season.

The reason for this... It seems obvious that Radford would have to physically assault Pearson to be sacked as it stands. Pearson appears to have a medium term plan to make is self sufficient via an effective youth system. To all looking from the outside that youth system is beginning to bear seed.

We are lead to understand that the first team had "issues" which were left by McRae / Gental (although I think there is some scapegoating there).

If we get another coach now, or even before the start of next season, will be have the well worn excuse of "Well, its not my team, judge me on my signings" which appears to be a staple phase used by some coaches?

Personally I think you only have to look at Powell at Cas to see what a competent coach can do with a collective group of players.

If results are not up to scratch after 6 games next season, I would get rid, having had someone lined up well before that.

That seems a pretty well-balanced view, and not unrealistic

Only problem there is he has wasted us 6 games before we sack him and its not that easy to get a quality coach in when the season starts and it will be a new structure the new coach will try and put in while trying to figure out strengths and weaknesses of the team. Much easy for a Coach to get it all sorted out in the off season then having to play catch up after 6 games under immense pressure. Or we could do the sensible thing and sack Radford now and bring in a proper proven coach something Radford is quite clearly not.

The last time I looked if you add up those who said Resign and Get sacked it added up to 60% - Not wanted is he.

And I bet most of the people who vote "No" and "Give him a few games" would rather have someone else.

i didn't want gentle out...all I want is for a team that are competitive in the s.l and c.c. play some entertaining rugby. give us what we pay for, not the dross we have been served up this season.

to me, its clear to see radders hasn't a clue. if I could see hime improving things in any which way, then I'd say give him chance, but things have got worse by the week. only positive is he plays some players in the right position, eg- westerman.

Realistically, where are these proven coaches? Whether it be now, in the off season or 6 games into next season, you can only go,and get what's available. A lot of SL clubs dismissed Powell due to his time at Leeds (Hull included

)

6 games would give a decent bench mark and would not write off that season. Remember Peter Sharp came in after 6 games in 2006 and took us to the GF.

I am not happy with the current situation, but we need to be careful of too many knee jerk reactions.

One thing is for certain, whoever takes the field of play wearing a Hull shirt should get unanimous backing fo 80 minutes.

I voted quit. I can understand the sentiments of giving him 6 games next season , But we never had the best of pre-seasons and it's not got much better as the season's gone on . 24 games in and we're still as bad as at the start of the season . Bringing in someone now while we still have a bit of room for players to bring in and release & change some of the systems that are clearly not working under Radford .
