The problem isn't just lack of leadership on the pitch though is it. It stems from a lack of leadership from Agar himself and the apparent lack of any real gameplans.
We just have too many average players and apart from Berrigan the other quota spots to be fair are just wasted.

Can't exactly blame Agar for what quota players we have considering two are still waiting for visa's and they ain't what you would exactly call average players
