Having read that poor excuse for a Hull City forum I have to say I can now see why the education standards in this city are so roundly criticised. Some of the bile posted makes me sad to be from the same race let alone the same city.

Spot on. All this talk of £100m/£150m going into City is bollox, the only people who come out of it with anything are the players and their agents. It's an absolute myth that places prosper as a result of premiership football.

all the pubs down anlaby road will open up again,with all these hoards of friendly away supporters coming here.well till the day of the game anyway.then they will put the no away supporters stickers in the windows like they did last time.

There are endless potential benefits for our City if this opportunity is grasped. The problem is that everybody is suspicious of each others motives and from our point of view there are too many Hull, Rovers and City fans trying to tease and score points off each other rather than look at the bigger picture and what could be achieved here.
