massive rap to our lads today, massive effort by all and we simply ran out of players in the end, their bench rotation and size showed in the end but hey to loose by such a small margin to the league toppers and by two tries our recent form would have seen us stop all day long.
right through the team there is a strength that is inspiring and a will to cover and work like we havent seen for some time, ala pitts covering a break like a winger.. jesus he is fast isnt he
I for one travelled home gutted but happy that even in defeat the lads gave everything they had and played their hearts out for me and my family and all the travelling fans which we havent seen for a few seasons so really pleased and happy to see we have a new found mental strength in our B&W backbones!!

Can only echo what others have already said, a massive defensive effort from the team, and had we defended like that we'd have ground out a win against most SL teams, sadly for us we were facing SL's top placed side away from home and it wasn't to be.

IMO Crabtree really changed the game for Hudds, as he ground Hull down and took several defenders each time, we badly lacked Moa and O'Meley to do the same.

Still very positive, as even a defeat this afternoon wasn't a disgrace, and we will win more than we lose playing with such determination.

As a Wigan fan who will be travelling over to the KC stadium in a fortnight I'm (for a change) expecting a tough encounter which will probably go either way, compared to the usual expected drubbings we've given you.

Best and hardest game this season so far. All those posters who didn`t go to the game know nowt. The errors made were through damned hard tackles from both sides.
It was also the best game I have seen Childs ref. His reputation for a penalty fest was completely the opposite, he let the game flow when he could have pulled up quite a few penalties on both sides.

You have to understand that some people are unable to process all of the facts in front of them. It's a kind of overload.

maybe because he gave hudds every oportunity to score in the first half!, he was terrible! spoke to a giants on the way out and we both agreed he was terrible for both teams and is not SL standard! penalised fc for offside in the first half when the play was out on the other wing!!
