He left england when he was two. Therefore he has only spent two years in England, Rangi has been here 3. Jack Reed is as much an englishman as Rangi. PAL. |

jack reed, i can understand, but chase, heighington, faasavalu,manu etc etc, should hang there heads in shame..how this has been allowed to happen is a disgrace.....

What a farce.....this makes rugby league a laughing stock! I at least had pride in telling the rugby union supporters at work that we at least can call our team English.
Whilst I think Rangi is a good player I don't think he's international quality anyway. I wonder if this is Mcbanana's idea. If so I hope its just to give extra impetus to lads who were actually born here!

Like I said i'm not your pal and judging by your intellect I can't imagine we ever would be.
Rangi Chase is a New Zealand citizen, and because of some ridiculous loophole he can play for England, if he does we will be more of a laughing stock in this part of the world then we already are.
Steve McNamara is a desperate man.
