Worst I can imagine for you is a publically-owned smc reporting 'rugby-related losses'. But these things can always be spun - how much the club does for the profile the city, what an important part of the community it is, that sort of thing. Just help them out by not reporting profits of your own those years, if it comes to it. Or if other parts of the business are doing better it can be hidden away.

the promotion of Hull city should have been a time for the whole city to celebrate, instead it has become tarnished. The invitation to a civic reception was offered by the our political leaders on behalf of all of us, to recognise The Tigers achievement. By turning it down it is a slap in the face for everyone in Hull and is another "Jonny Whiteley picture removal" moment. I know of quite a few city supporters that are very upset by some of the clubs actions in recent times. I can not understand why they need FC out of "there" stadium the two Wigans operate side by side with little to no aggro. I can understand Mr Allam saved Hull city and rightly deserves credit for that and its right that city fans adore him for that. We had the old board including Kath, Richo and the Wetheralls who saved us and I for one will always be thatnkful for that.

The fact is both clubs agreed to share the KC and over the last ten years it has proved to be a catalyst for both clubs to move forward. I am getting very tired of all this back biting and arguing its more then just silly, its childish , pathetic and shows exactly why the city is a joke.

This will only get worse and when it hits the national media ( and it will ) some people will not come across very good. The great British public have a long history of supporting the underdog in everything not just sporting endeavour, did the JW photo removal teach anyone anything ?

I'm not impressed by the decision to have the parade at the KC instead of town, but can understand why even if I don't like it.

I have no idea on why FC don't have a seat on the SMC, but Lambretta has proven himself enough times over the years with these sort of things for me to believe what he says to be true - not that anyone would lose any sleep if I didn't.

And finally, we'll be presented with this trophy tomorrow night, although obviously with Black and Amber ribbons instead of yellow and green.
