I am not knocking Radford at all, he has had a very good career and is still doing well. The fact is though that he is not a captain and whether or not a new captain would have made the results any different we still need a better leader on the pitch. |

We need a better coach and leaders on the pitch. Thats entirely different to needing a different captain. Your captain isnt the only leader out there! |

Wars would never be won, if Captains didn't have Lieutenants!
Its the same with all strategy based sports, you need assistants for the leaders, both on and off the field as one man can't do everything, so you can't lay everything at Radders or Agars door.
Yes, I believe we need better coaching staff and a more advanced set-up, but I think this still can only come from one area, the board, so while everyone dissects the "leader" issue as a whole, the people at top need to make these changes and that ain't gonna happen anytime soon. |

I realise that but he offers nothing as captain and no leadership, he just play his normal game, we need a figurehead out there and he is not it.
We need a better coach and we need a better captain. |

| I know i get accused for having some Man-Love for him  but a contributing factor in our poor run could be due to Cusack getting injured as it was clear he was a leader for us on the pitch. |

we did, and Kearney may have only been here for the one season, but he was a huge presence on and off the field. |

The problem isn't just lack of leadership on the pitch though is it. It stems from a lack of leadership from Agar himself and the apparent lack of any real gameplans.
We just have too many average players and apart from Berrigan the other quota spots to be fair are just wasted.

Can't exactly blame Agar for what quota players we have considering two are still waiting for visa's and they ain't what you would exactly call average players |
