Don't know how true this is but I heard on the grapevine that Danny Houghton was a scrum half before being turned into a hooker. Since we don't seem to be getting anywhere finding one, is it worth giving him a go?

Yeah Danny was a SH during his amatuer years at East Hull as was Tommy Lee at West Hull. |

he also played halfback a bit in that time as well, when the broncos were doing their best to try and move on after alfie's various departures, berro, prince and ikin all had attempts at replacing him. |

Yep, it was only around 2003 that he really settled at centre. |

He played hooker at Wembley in 1997 with Tommy Lee at 7 and Chas I'Anson at 6, though he was only about 9yrs old he was undoubtably a hooker then and always will be |

Tony has always been considered a fullback from what I remember, although he has played in many positions just becuase he can, he even played at 6 in the last game at the Boulevard fo the kiwis, Brisbane signed him to play fullback so that Lockyear could move to 6. |

Not so sure about Mike being a centre when signed up, I know his amatuer years at East Hull he was a back rower. |

From what I remember, he was the top (or maybe joint top) scorer after the regular rounds in 2005, but got overtaken by four players in the play-offs.
