Is it wrong that I really enjoyed the game? Jesus, Wigan have got some incredible talent in their ranks, great to watch. Was slightly jaded experience and superior fitness vs well-drilled and talented youthful exuberance. Really exciting game.

Credit to DJ and his composure. Also thought Watts was great tonight. Usual handling and penalty disappointments, but better in attack than last week. Well done to them for sticking at it when 14 points down, could have tossed it in. Fun night.

The average age of the Wigan team was 21 ours was 22, we had a different team out as well due to injury. Add to that the effect of last Saturday on the entire squad and then fighting back from being 14 down.

No one is going to give us any credit for that, all they see is a depleted Wigan ripped off with a dodgy ref and even worse timekeeper.

Ok the attack is not the best but for the most part this season we have defended very well, progress may not be as quick to other peoples liking but it is being made. Wigan had an average age of 21 out there tonight and we had one at 23 (if my maths serving me correctly) which doesn't define that we had a god given right to go there and win. Gentle may not be the coach that takes us to the dizzy heights but to claim he is taking us backwards at an alarming rate is complete and utter BS.

I've not followed Wigan's team selection this year but the age thing for me is irrelevant. Their lack of SL experience was what it was all about. All our young lads had experience with the exception of Kent, and possibly Shaul and Bowden, so the comparison is relevant and we SHOULD have done better.

I wasn't celebrating at the end as it should have been done and dusted well before the last 15 seconds, but a win's a win.

Although Briscoe dropped the ball over the line for his second try and the penalty we got after Shaul's run (that led to a try) was a farce. He played it to no one, the Wigan player ran round him to dive on it. No problem. Still, about time we got some decisions go our way

What a night, think I've only ever seen FC win at Wigan once. Crazy game but got to admire FC's spirit to dig that one out. 5th place there for the taking now. Can't wait for Saints now, just hope we get a few more players back.

Oh hell yes.....was right in front of me and he did drop it,agree about the penalty as well as there was nothing wrong with that...we should have been well clear before they even scored.Nice to see that Wigan teach the u-19s how to use the obstruction rule to the full on attack and kick-offs.

Thing about the Briscoe one is that everyone around me saw it. The only one who appeared not to have was the in goal judge and it was right in front of him
