I personally wouldn't knock him for his reply. I think that it was very good of him to reply so promptly. Yes, it was lacking a little detail which he could have voluntarily added to his reply but I'm sure that he will do that when he replies to my second E-mail.

I think it says a lot about him to be sat at home, in the office or wherever he was, answering E-mails from fans at 9 o'clock in the evening.

Cordoba would be non-federation trained as would Moa. Manu cannot become Federation trained until his current contract expires.

If we do have space for him (and I hope we have), I would get him signed up soon. I recon there will be quite a few other clubs in the waiting for him. His price tag will end up being more then we are prepared to pay.

And as i said yesterday, if FC agreed a new contract with him that expired 2009 rather than 2010 (ie 1 year shorter) it would legally overwrite his existing one. Meaning that when we then agree a new contract with him for 2010-2011 he could come off from the end of this season. Maybe this is what FC are doing.

They will have made sure that teams can't do that, this is the dynamic, forward thinking RFL we are talking about.
