Snowed in a pub as always been my dream

Did you see the news on Monday where a few people had been snowed in a pub in North Yorkshire from new years eve til 4th? Would be awesome!!

Hubby just rang, he's been stuck on Ferensway for 45 mins, not moved at all. He said City centre totally conjested and no one moving anywhere

The wife just popped to pizza hut for the kids tea, as she got near asda on way back someone banged into back of her car and no cars are moving at all now,guess the kids tea is cold now

My 14 year old just rang coming home from school (trinity) town, they are having to walk as the traffic is not moving on Beverley Road, not too bad as there are a few of them it is getting dark now though, I think school should have let them out earlier.

She may share the pizzas with the people in the cars

Bet the managers do not provide them with a free hot drink when they return though

they all buggered off for there tea's and are still sending people out FFS

Other son just rang from Sutton..traffic gridlocked!!

My cars not moving either. (although i am sat in my living room and the car is parked on the drive)

Looking out my window onto the sutton bypass, and its been very slow moving for about 2 hours now. Took over half an hour to get from Biggin School to home aswell.

I wont even ask what youve been doing hanging about primary schools!

Not snowing down here ATM but none of the stuff we had midweek has melted either. More expected on Sunday and Monday. Hope things don't get worse before next weekend as one way or the other I intend to be in Hull.

It is good to think that we can still even consider playing a game in these conditions at the KC. Whereas other teams are at the mercy of the elements.

Just a thought...Maybe the dobbins could make their east stand extension out of all this snow and just hope it stays cold!!

retriving my kids, getting half way home before one of them realised they had forgotten "the most important thing in the world ever", going back to school, collecting said important thing and coming home again, all in all just shy of an hour, and 40 mins for the trip from the last time I left school to when I abandoned the car on my driveway (parked would imply some element of it ending up where I wanted it).

Ive seen your driving, the care rarely ends up where you want it to be anyway!!

I've always avoided fields, other cars and ponds, so I fail to see how thats a problem tbh.

And yet you mention nothing of pedestrians...

Daughter just rang being sat in traffic near town for the last 45 minutes not moving!!
Her partner is Holderness road way not moved for 2 hours !!
