| Anyhoo , with regards DrAllem/Hull City.
I think he will have sole ownership of the K.C facility within a year.
What happens after that is anyone's guess.

| This is going to be a long hot summer ..............
Clearly the first shot of the war has been fired and with promotion Mr Allam feels he has right on his side and he will use the threat of moving to Melton as a lever against the council.
The council will not give in easily, but if he plays the long game and keeps the pressure up until next years elections I think he may force some movement. The local politicians are fully aware of his tactics and even the remnants of Minns Mad army are keeping very quiet. The trouble is that the KC means very little in the scheme of things as it provides no income and never will, but it has the potential to bite the Labout party on the butt.
Then again Hull city just went up in value and I sure that a sale now would yield him a profit on his investment.
Add the restructuring of the Super League into the mix and the conspiricy theorists are going to be on tilt within weeks.

| who was it that gave allams company control over the running of the kc, as the previous company who ran it(hull city's previous owners i believe) ran roughshod over hull fc and were completely biased on its use.
surely the stadium managment company should be impartial with no financial link to either club barring making sure both comply with their tenancy agreements.
the last owners blocked international rl as well as concerts etc. surely this is not in the best interest of the kc's ability to generate £s and make profit.
maybe some of you more educated and professional types could create a group to pressurise the council etc to ensure fair running of the kc, as the recent memrobilia issue proves hull city bias(saying hull city pay rent for memrobilia to allams stadium co appears to be merely moving his cash from his left pocket to his right, given he owns both parties)

I am always pleased to see your sensible input to this Forum but don't you think this is all becoming boring and tedious. Well done to Hull City getting into the top league but how long will they stay there. The last time they had a fair first season and a dire second hence relegation. Now instead of creating waves with their fellow tenants Hull City / Mr Allam needs to come up with a 5 year Plan for their following. Don't spend the next your upsetting everybody by pontificating. Set your Plan out Mr Allam. build your new Stadium as promised but don't wind up the neighbours. Can I ask that you look at Wigan or maybe just ask Brucie and we can all get along just fine.

| Fair do's - he has succeeded. Absolutely brilliant for the city.
Chances of a new build at Melton - nil ! Way too expensive & take years to build.
He is a businessman, he has rolled the dice and come up trumps - surely his best bet is to sell on & recoup his investment plus a healthy profit ?

| If hull is going to have a sustainable premiership team k&c needs to be at least 40-50k capacity. Council are to going to pay to do it so only option is for it to be bought b hull city and developed privately. Where that leaves fc is anyone's guess in the long term. I suspect you are safe as you pay enough rent to make it worthwhile keeping you there.
If the Allams buy Rovers and craven park could be interesting as they may see developing CP as the city's "RL stadium" will "encourage" you to move out of the KC.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

Hull City pay enough rent to stay there too.
If Hull FC had to move to NCP they'd lose thousands on the gate, if a merged club had to play at NCP instead of the KC it would lose more.

| HULL FC have a WATERTIGHT ( is it possible to emphasise this more ?) lease agreement !!!!!
Any , and this is a remote chance , sale of the KC to Allams would see the Council demand that the lease agreements stay in place for FC on a 100 year basis . If not the Guildhall would be under seige from a lobby called BLACK and WHITE army and the Council Labour lot know it

| so nobody has made an evidenced comment about what "good" come out of Hull having a Premiership side, expected as much. As has been said, we have a lease agreement at the KC, as do City, a new ground will take at least 18 months to throw up (which is what Allam makes most people want to do), and that's after planning and the inevitable referall to Whitehall.
Sorry City, but you're going down before you'll ever own, or move out of, the KC.

What's the point in having a 40-50k capacity stadium when they don't have the fans to fill it and never will?
