many people, myself very much so, had vastly underestimated Whiting's value to the team in the past, that has now changed for all but the most vherment of fans, you need honest grafters in your side, and that is exactly what Whiting is, but he also has an element of class.

Last night I loved seeing DJ and Ellis in the line-up as the first whistle went, but enjoyed as much seeing Whiting prowling about. Great attitude and as Standee says, touch of class.

Personally think he had a relatively poor opening month to the season, but is now back to being as good as ever. Been excellent for the past month in particular.

His one redeeming attribute is that he has pace to burn. But you can't make a living in super league just being able to run fast.

Whiting is one of our best players atm. Always gives his all and has a cracking rugby brain. We all no he lacks pace, but he is an all round rugby player

Dont see how you work that out, he doesnt even have a set position, completely useless. Can't see us keeping him after this season we just can't continue to carry players like him.
