It could have been written into his HKR contract, as per the operational rule C1:1:9 
But like you say, we'll never know. |

So basically nobody really understands the quota rules for next season.
The RL really need to make it clear for fans to understand.

TBH I'm happier trusting my interpretation than Rule's. The club has a fair amount of previous when it comes to misinterpreting RFL regulations. |

Well spotted - it's a bit of a trawl and I failed to find that.
It certainly shows that each are of responsibility within Hull FC has to adhere to quite a few, not always easy to interpret, rules and regulations. |
