It also mentions something in there about 4 years too. There is also the risk that the RFL have made significant amendments to this doc but not updated their website. I cant see it mention fed v non fed and quota etc. It simply says quota of 5. (there may be an 100 page appendix somewhere)

I was led to believe it was one of the issues behind his move, I guess we'll never know for sure.

It could have been written into his HKR contract, as per the operational rule C1:1:9



But like you say, we'll never know.

So basically nobody really understands the quota rules for next season.

The RL really need to make it clear for fans to understand.

I do, but Rule's interpretation seems to be different to mine.

I thought I did, until I read Rule's comments on here.

TBH I'm happier trusting my interpretation than Rule's. The club has a fair amount of previous when it comes to misinterpreting RFL regulations.
