We still need a prop and i don't see any better props available, he offers very good go forward, but needs work on his defence, thats seems to be one area Radford is very good at, improving the defence of players.
Always thought of him as one of Rovers better players and surprised they are looking to offload him.
I'd sign him.

He's better than Pitts & Thompson - IMO. - only one problem with Lovegrove is, is a persistent knee problem, |

I like Lovegrove, I rate him highly, but I don't see where he fits in for us now. Not sure why Rovers are binning him when his replacements are no better than he is. If we have nothing in the pipeline then I would have a look at him, but I suspect we are already in the advanced stages of another deal or two.

No we don't.
We've got 2 fb - McDonnell and Shaul
3 wingers - Lineham, Biggs and Crookes
3 centres - Crooks, Arundel and Yeaman
3 halves - Miller, Holdsworth and Horne
Having 11 backs out of a 25 man squad is quite well balanced. They're also backed by some ft youngsters. |
