Nope and I'd be very suprised if he does before next season. The players are at the heart of this and some of them need to be got rid of ASAP.

If there's one thing we've learnt about this board it's that they will make sure the maximum damage is done before they remove an inept coach.

I believe a victory against Salford (no matter how poor) will keep him going till the Celtic game which (provided we win that) will last him to the Bradford game which might just keep him going through the first five or six games next year.

They're expert at it. Mind you, they have had a lot of practice.

I've taken to drinking spirits during the game now it means I forget what's just happened quicker.

You mean like how they sacked McRae? Or how Kear was left for seasons to ride on the back of his challenge cup success? Or how Sharpy got the benefit of the doubt that it was injuries causing us to lose - this being after getting us to our first grand final appearance and then leading us to 4th despite losing our key player the year after?

Ive taken to leaving work early and getting to the pub for 5pm (2pm last home game) rather than 6pm. It helps.

A great coach IMO - He was here when they came and left of his own choosing - I can guess the underlying reasons though.



A good coach IMO - Forced out by an inept interfering board. If they felt they really couldn't back him against the players then fine, but don't replace him with untested tripe.



The worst coach i've seen (I reckon Peter Walsh would've done us better) - You carry on believing he's great if you want, but i'll let the evidence of him not finding another job in RL speak for itself.

Mcrea did ok considering he had to manage a team that had merged and basically build from scratch (only my assessment of course)

Kear - not sure he lasted "seasons" as you put it - he went the year after!

P. Sharp - IMO damn unlucky and didn't get the backing of the board when he needed it (sacking of a player)

Agar - appears to have been given more of a chance, considering teh prev coaches "successes" (cc win, grad final and 4th place finish) plus his win % in thee worst of em all and we play thee worst rugby!

If the players are at the heart of it then it is up to the coach to sort out or demote to the reserves the ringleaders. It doesn't matter who the ringleader/s are Berrigan/Horne etc no players are bigger than the club, the fact we have only seen one drastic move (Hall to Widnes) it seems that Agar does not have the balls to remove the problem or he is the problem.

Either way it is Agar who is responsible.

I like his knowledge of his team and his man management.
