| Maybe one reason we struggle to attract players to the club is sitting in the boardroom. A differant face there could change that to some extent.

They don't need to know much about football, they've got Pearson to look after that side. Personally I think the board are doing a decent job, they've stablised the club, injected a fair whack of money into new signings and they keep their heads down and get on with their jobs. Much rather have them than the ambulance chaser.

| I'd rather stick with out board. I don't like the idea of both clubs being run by the same people, and, financially, we're being run very well at the moment.
Regardless of our on field performance, I have to say that with how we're currently being run I can't say that I'm worried our finances.

| I hear that the Allam's have drawn up a shortlist of only 3 for Chairman when their takeover is complete:
Hullbg, Big Dave T and Jake the Peg.
Agar's future at the club is looking bleak.

Dont forget me.
I would love this to happen. Im sick of the bunch of muppets who own this club. They have no desire to succeed but only to sustain their income. They got lucky when the merger occured and have just sat back and made money since.
We need some passion injected back into this club from the very top and with some of the Allams being season ticket holders it cant be a bad thing. Theyre an astute business family who I doubt would make drastic changes to an already profitable business model but would bring the club closer to the fans as well as trying to take us to serious contenders.

What does that mean, in practical terms?

They're planning on player 'stop-overs' on a weekend, any choices Mrs B?
Imo the club is closer to the fans than it ever has been: Open days, BBQ's, meet a player, fans forums, ring a director and JR's radio programme, coupled with the all round approachability of individuals at the club. What more could any rational fan ask for from the club in regards of being "closer to the fans?"

what income?the club has only just paid them back what they were owed(or the ''owed'' money was written off).as far as i'm aware the rule and flatman get a salary cos they work full-time,but kath and co don't get anything.
