No leadership on the pitch, no leadership in the coaching set up and most worryingly no leadership in the board. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the club needs picking up and shaking, far too much dead wood at all levels.

He never signed as a LF, he signed as a hard grafting SR, you're assuming that his contribution in that 'steamrolling Bradford side' was negligable and that he was carried as he offered nothing, try telling that to Peacock/Newton/Volcano and others that least of all Noble.
