Let me just say well done once again to all us fans, big pat on the back for yet another great atmosphere. Really enjoying the noise these last couple of games.'"
Isn't it a case of what Adam Pearson needs. And not what you are happy with.

It was the same for the Wakey game. It was a game where people, rightly or wrongly, expected us to win. Difficult to break that mentality IMO.

| I was sat behind people whom said they'd picked up some £5 tickets for tonights match for friends, don't know how true that was.
Still reckon fans will be picking and choosing for the foreseeable future, we lost a lot of season pass holders and despite the general memberships that's had a noticeable effect.
I reckon it'll take getting to a semi final/final of the CC and/or a run through to the top 4 to really get fans back in large numbers.
As for tonights atmosphere, it reflected how the game was, when we did well we cheered, when we played dumb, rugby we didn't. There are always lulls in gaes were fans are just wanting to watch, it can't always be about chanting and singing of which I thought there was a decent amount in response to use scoring tries as well as good efforts in defence.

| Atmosphere was ok tonight, nothing special. Must have been an extra 500-700 FC fans there based on previous gates. If we keep winning it will keep growing.

| How many from us you reckon? 150 ish?
You lot were very quiet until the hour mark but then made noise when the game was in the bag, other than that, i heard nothing for 60 minutes.
What's with all the stewards and the OTT segregation at your place? i thought the dark days were over

| Meast, the stewards and segregation is down to Salford and Wigan fans.
During those games disabled fans were abused and, at the end of the Wigan one, bottles thrown at the Hull fans.
It only takes a few idiots.

| Although we did have a bit of banter with the stewards and they took it in good spirit, there was a whole empty block that our fans were prevented from going into, good job we only brought a taxi load then.

| The away fans were in that block during the Wigan and Salford games. You known what these Lancashire types are like.
Brickies was a lot fuller after the match though. Amazing that. You reckon it was because we won this one?

| An important thing to consider is what the "stay away" fans have started doing instead of rugby and what they are using the money for. I know quite a few who have taken on other interests using the money they used to spend on rugby. Yes the team are doing well, but we've won nothing yet as people have said, a cup run and continued league results will get some people back, especially if we continue to play more attractive rugby.

Bit difficult to win anything in April. If your condition for coming back is waiting for a trophy then you're effectively ruling yourself out of coming back for another year regardless.

| Well I started this thread so I'd best have a few closing comments. This answer to my original question is about a thousand. By my reckoning, from a home fans point of view there were around 1000 more there at the Hudds game than the Wire game. A reasonable increase.
I would hope that a win at Headingley (fingers crossed) and a win at Belle Vue could see a gate of 11500 for the cats game ?

Would be getting back to where we should be if that happens. Fingers crossed for the two results beforehand.
