| be interesting to see the tackle count from today, he seemed to be in just about every tackle at one point in the second half. tickle put a shift in too in this area as did westy. we have had to replace fitz's 40 - 50 tackles a game with others chipping in and we did that well today

| Danny had a blinder today quick hands from scrum when he packed down as loose man.
Looks like the team have been told not to let kicks bounce if they can catch. Couple of diving catches reminded me of gary kemble

| After watching the highlights, Houghton's passes to both Tickle's tries were top drawer.
First was well timed from PTB to Ticks running a good strong line, second was a no look pass! Was class!

If he can cut out that one error, he'll be OK. Let's him down does that.

| Thought he had a great game. if anything he was doing too much himself on Sunday and needed more support at times. He has really upped his game in the last 12 months and if he can continue to improve his running game and distribution then I only see roby as a better English hooker

| It would be interesting to compare those stats to Robys, Roby looked great against London, but I net Houghtons not far off him this year.

Roby is a freak, the best player in SL for me, every week he puts in a great performance, would love to see him in the NRL.
His stats for Saturday are outstanding.
Houghton is the 2nd best hooker in the league IMO, and should be in the England squad at the end of the year, him and Roby would be an excellent partnership for England.

| Houghton was outstanding and was easily motm. His improvement has been very impressive but even he admits he starts to lose his effectiveness in the last 20 mins. We should see even more from him once we get Heremaia back.

Roby is a pretty good 9/2 for m.o.s
I agree Houghton is probably the 2nd best in SL. But for some reason Mcnamara prefers Macillorum from Wigan, wouldn't suprise me to see Mcshane in an England shirt before Houghton too.

If Danny Houghton carries on performing at the level he produced on Sunday, Macnamara will have no choice but to select him.
