I'm going to have to watch the incident again because the sheer number of complete morons from the east who claim that not only were the Rovers players pretty much guilt free from the fight but also seemed to kick seven shades of $h1te out of the FC players is too high to be just an issue of a lack of intelligence. Perhaps Sky altered the pictures (like the Arnie film - Running Man) and Cockhead only went to shake Calderwoods hand but after the entire FC team and coaching staff tried to take him on he had no choice but to reluctanty rip all of their heads off as gently as possible.

The more I watch this incident I don't think Cockayne did anything at all initially except try to tackle Calderwood as he picked up the loose ball from Latus's knock on.

I can't hear the ref's whistle so don't know if he was about to play advantage?

Calderwood reacted badly and swung out.....then it all kicked off!

Does anybody know who sat on the disciplinary panel? Presumably non had any links or affinity with either Hull club?

I have a very similar view (in terms of angles) to the cameras and what seemed to me to happen was that Latus knocked on, Calders went to pick the ball up, knocked on too and then Cockayne came in with a hit on Calders, which would have been fair if he'd had the ball (I don't know if he could have pulled out of it). Not sure if the whistle had gone by the time of the hit. Calders didn't like the hit and pushed Cockayne, who reacted by throwing a couple of punches.

After that I was on my feet shouting "chin him Calders" or words to that effect, so I can't remember the rest

I think the panel want to get out more ..Boot an All the tries .. Big Barry stated an awesome game best one he has seen it have everything even a fight .. All the Sports writers gave the game 5 out of 5 ..Red Hall must be short of cash ..The set of miserable bar stewards It was a Derby for god sake
