| For me I will still support Agar while he is in charge of Hull, I still have some hope that with a better squad and a better attitude among the players that he can deliver for next season. My issue is that whilst we have had issues regarding visas and injuries which have effected us we could and should have done better. Agar has not coached the team to its potential this season and has made some fundamental errors when it comes to selection and interchanges, not to mention a lack of motivation within the players.
If the decision was mine to make I would bring in a new coach and new backroom staff at the end of the season but I doubt that will happen so I just hope that Agar learns from his mistakes and makes the most of the squad he has assembled for next season.

So roughly 1%. What does that say? It says that we have a very vocal minority calling for everyone and his Mothers head.
I've been sick to death this season, you'd be mad not to be, but this sort of hi-jinx, petitions, sit-ins and placards, just make us look like idiots in my mind.
You know, we are supposed to be the best fans in rugby league, feared and respected, and what do we do? Squabble amongst ourselves like bloody schoolchildren.
Get a grip and support the team and the coach. who has had his hands tied by injury all season. Everyone deserves a fair go, and he deserves his shot next season with his men in place.
And we should be living up to our reputation as some of the best fans in the world!

I'd guess the MAJORITY of Hull fans don't use this site.....anything that is arranged on here will only ever have a limited effect, a wider selection of fans would be needed for it to become effective.

Good assessment and that's where i am (or just about), apart from the supporting Agar bit! I'll tollerate him rather than support him i think.

Isnt that partly the problem though mate, that as FC fans we blindly follow and settle for mediocrity?

That is very true, the vast majority do not use this site, but how many times have we seen the vocal minority take over in life? You just have to look at how political correctness has taken a foothold.
Our crowds have pretty much held up this season, where others in our position have seen their crowds plummet, that should say something.
The real test of course will be season pass renewal time. This will be the first year the financial situation could really make a difference.

Not blindly no. I have said I would get rid but if he is our head coach then we need to support him and the players, otherwise we are not doing our jobs properley which is backing the side. Like the song says IAKOW!!

Continue rewarding mediocrity and it's all we'll ever get. Agar should be gone NOW, let alone in a few months time.
The whole lot can go, Sharp, Agar, Last and Crooks, get some quality in.

IAKOW is an easy one to use but again, the board rely on this to be able to settle for mediocrity. I will always support the players on the pitch as i have done all season by going along and watching. I had reservations about Agar which i thought were unfounded early doors but they soon returned and for the remainder of the year i have gone along and blindly supported the team even though they havent deserved it by and large.
Im just getting a bit fed up of everything to do with the club and the way that they approach things and IAKOW is starting to be really testing. In fact, IAKOW as an approach has actually stopped us progressing like we should and encourages settling for average/poor.

I agree it should be changed but if it isn't we need to support the coach and players we have, has to be better than bitching and moaning everyweek which gets us nowhere anyway.

Supporting a team where the players dont give a f*ck and the coach is clueless? I work hard monday to friday and then turn up there expecting to be entertained for the money ive spent. (if not entertained i want to see effort)
I go home after the game depressed/angry/annoyed and then that writes off my saturday too. I then go back to work on Monday.
Im pretty sure if i didnt go to the rugby and stayed at home i may have a takeaway and watch a dvd which would be a thoroughly better experience. My saturday and sunday wouldnt then be written off due to the deep depression.
Do you think rule/agar understands how them and our club influence our lives? It feels like all of the effort is going in one direction currently too.
