Here's a couple of questions someone might be able to answer. The KC is in West Park, which is a public park owned by Hull City Council. Surely to sell the stadium for someone to develop they would have to sell the land around it. Would that be allowed. Because it would be like selling East Park or Pearson Park. Also wouldn't the council have to put the stadium out to anybody to buy if they decided to sell, and they couldn't just accept a couple of million to sell a council asset. There has got to be a hell of a lot more to it than people think.
