I think the club did exceptionally well in finding Moa and taking a punt on him, but the mistake was not playing him earlier and realising just how good he can be!
Perhaps we rushed into offering Cusack his 1 year deal and possibly that will result in us losing out on a promising young prop who could have been on our books for years to come.
I do agree that we definately neede cover in the halves though as mentioned in an earlier post, Horne has struggled this year and Long wont play every week.
Would love big Sam to stay, would love another half back, dont think we should be looking at a centre, I would rather see Hall and Briscoe fight it out for that position.

My question then is how do you know? Also, why would they tell you?

His agent contacted the club a while back to ask the qestion regards his future, and was told at this momment in time there is no plans to extend sams contract however that could change in the future

That was at least 6 to 8 weeks ago, have since spoken to the club as he would love to stay as we all know, but they still have him hanging on, basically last option if they don't recruit a utility player, could have also lost his chance at Huddersfield as he was stalling in the hope he could stay with us

With Tuffour now being signed up, surely we have enough cover in the three-quarters?

Need another 3 hookers and 4 utility players, but its not agars team, because Horney and yeamo will still be here and macrae brought them in

Don't get me wrong, I hope he does stay, I certainly think he'd be more use than a utility back. If we want one of those we should of just kept skinny! Things certainly declined after his injury.

We have a utility back coming in with Turner, i just think it will be massive mistake to lose him as a player and a character who could do us a job for many years

Why what difference does he make , hes nowhere near ready for first team rugby . Back up or not . The back 5 definatly need some experiance in there somewhere .

The difference he makes is that he's signed a full-time contract and is now a first team squad member. What does experience matter? He can only get that by playing.

That I do agree with, there's only feka who is that style of prop in this league, and for that style of prop he's only knocked on once or twice and hardly gives a penalty away. He at least deserves another year.
