Hopefully get them both back for beginning of August and we can pick up a couple of wins in the mean time. 

I'm hoping asiata is sooner than that. We could be well adrift of the rpp 6 by then

They aren't doing bad considering they have poor centres. Though Litten had a good game, scored, set one up and had two disallowed. Took the high ball well and defended well, hammered Marsters a couple of times and forced a mistake off a prop.

Thought Cust went well at 9. Hardaker good again throughout, such a competitor. 


Second half better and wonder how much difference the wind made. Got to be expecting better from a marquee in Rapana though, but I think we've seen what Pryce can do at fullback and the bar has been raised. 


Big game next week. A win would put us 7 points clear of 8th.

Next week is huge, we then play Wakey soon too. Win those two games and we're right in it. 

Not pretty at times but it's a win. 
I bagged Rapana a lot during the game but actually probably wasn't too bad in reality. Think he has a tendency to overplay things at times but he did some good stuff second half. 


Our 2 wingers are fantastic. Both of them will play for England at some point in the future.
That finish from Barron would be waxed lyrical about for 20 minutes if it was one of the bigger names.

We could do with taking Sezer out of the firing line for a game or two as i dont think he is fit.
The halfbacks were both poor today and as i said i dont think Sezer is fully fit. We have no running threat at all from nine or full back.
Rapana for me just doesnt cut it and having a quota player here on the basis that he is a good dressing room influence is a total waste of a quota space when we are badly lacking in the second row and centre

Next 3 games arr against 5th, 7th and 8th. 


Be happy with 2 wins from 3. Are capable, but need to improve.  Should be bearing Hudd at home too, 3/5 would be great and them have those two back for August.

We also had 3 chalked off by the video ref. If a couple of those had been given the scoreline looks a lot better.

Not great in attack and we struggled to create much despite a lot of possession and field position.


I think 2nd row is a much bigger issue than centre

Need to watch ot again, but thought Sezer and Rapana had decent ganes, particularly the 2nd half, not perfect, but wouldn't say either were poor.

Asiata was around the warm up and taking part in bits of it. So he can't be too far away.
