For me I'd bring in Watts and Fash for Aydin and Ashworth/Laidlaw, Laidlaw put some good hits in on Amone on Friday he's very much like a young Fash tries hard but doesn't offer lots going forward but is a good squad player. Unlike some on here you can't have a squad of 23/24 superstars you need squad(cheap) players like Brad, Laidlaw, Gardiner. 

Laidlaw has impressed me so far this year, very solid in defence and doesn't shy away from carries. Hasn't let us down by any means.


Watts would offer more with ball in hand, which after the Cas game is something we need.

I'd like to see Charles getting  a game, was very impressive in the reserves.


I reckon the way Asiata is training he will be back ahead of schedule too.

Also wouldn't mind seeing Callum Kemp at 6 at some point.

Probably a year off, can still play for the academy, looks a great prospect though, one think I like about him and his brother is they are both really tough players.

The reasons for the changes are as follows.Defensively Briscoe has been poor recently, at centre.
Cust for Aydin, is simple, Aydin is a defensive middle, Cust brings more central creativity.
Moy and Charles, IF they can't get a game against the bottom side, when can they get a game?

From what I've seen, I've been more impressed with Kemp then Charles. So wouldn't mind seeing him play at some point.

Although, I wouldn't want to change too much for Salford game.

I wouldn't put Moy and Charles together in this game, just Moy stepping in for Pryce for me as I would look to give him a go till Pryce is fit. I get your reasoning for wanting Charles in but don't see Cust at 13 and we have our 1st choice 6 & 7 so lets not move them. If there was this rule of limited minutes for Martin then I would have rested him for this game. 

I may be wrong on this (if someone wants to correct me!) but I think that apart from the games when they've met each other, the current bottom three have only won two other games so far this season! And guess who those two victories came against!!!


Surely we can't complete an unwanted hat-trick on Sunday, can we? After last Friday's no-show, think we need to put down a marker again. Sounds like it's going to be a hot sunny weekend coming up, let's hope we produce some rugby to match it!!!
