| Talk about grinding out a win, it made our 2016 victory look like a stroll in the park!!
Congratulations to our red & white brethren, been a long time between drinks.
Thought their defence won it for them when Wire had that spell of pressure, but couldn't finish them off.

Warrington almost looked like they didn't care if they scored or not. Needed to take more chances to actually kill the game off. Instead they were happy to play out their set, take a minute off the clock and then either win a drop out or just pin them down. For 78 minutes it worked really well, just a high tackle on the last tackle has probably cost them the cup. Tough one for them to take no doubt.

| Love to know what Rovers have got on Moore, guy just gives them penalties and six agains when needed, didn't look a high tackle the set before the try!

| Don't understand why the winger didn't just ground the ball but tried to push it dead. It was a needless penalty in the first half that gave KR the lead as well.

| Gutted. Feel for Warrington losing it last minute. I thought as long as any part of the body ( torso ) grounds the ball but hey ho. This means even more dobbins will be perched on here. Suppose after 40 years they deserve it.

If their first thoughts after winning the cup are to go on a rival teams forum (which lets face it, it will be) then it shows how pathetic their mindsets are.

| Fair play to Rovers, Warrington only have them selves to blame, had so much possession near they line buy dodnr really try and score apart from kicks.
Pleased for a few mates.
Main thing is that we look to be turning things around, hopefully we are far off finals.

| Did Rovers deserve that? Not sure. Warrington gave them a massive wake up call and were unlucky to lose. Sneyd was brilliant, Wembley suits his game and winning the Lance Todd trophy for a third time is a testament to his undoubtedly ability. Shame we let him go. Ah well, it's taken them 45 years to win something so not feeling too bad and it wasn't the easy win East Hull had told everybody it would be.

| Wire have made the same mistake that Huddersfield did against Wigan three years ago, tried to run the clock down with safety first rugby only to get caught by the sucker punch minutes from glory.
Felt all the way through the second half that Wire needed to score another to finish rovers off, couldn't see 6-2 being a winning score and so it proved.
As soon as that high tackle went in on Davies you could see it panning out, think Wire were desperately hoping for rovers to cough up possession and relieve the pressure at that point. Fair play to rovers for sticking in there, but gutting for the rest of us!
