I thought Rapana did OK today, much better game. 
Just seen the Cust incident and I think he'll be coping a ban. 

Lewis needs to grow up and stick to playing rugby or he'll never reach the heights he can. It would do him a world of good to get out of hull and go to Oz.  He may even force himself into wanes thinking if he stops the childish antics

Lewis doesn't have the mentality to go to the NRL he's a big fish in a small pond at Rovers but in the NRL he'd be a nobody and there's nobody there to feed his ego and make everything all about him.


Personally I hope he does go, I want to see all of the best young English players try and so something in the elite competition, same with the likes of Welsby, Nsemba, Havard etc...

Disappointed as always to lose, personally this one stung a bit more than the cup defeat. 


Can't fault this groups effort though. We had every right to give up bit we kept swinging. We're a few months into a club wide rebuild, but it feels much further on already.


On a side note the more I see of him, the more I'm convinced Myler has found a little gem in Amir Borouh.

One benefit of the Cust tackle is that Morgue passed his HIA. Had he failed it, Cust would have been given an extra 3 points for taking a player out the game. Still probably get a ban but hopefully just 1 game.

Burough needs to i,provenhis passing out of dummy half. Way too many flung out to the first receiver above head height tofpday which shows the attack down. He played well otherwise

grade b is 3points, he only has 1 point atm, so with a bit of luck he may still be under the 6 points.....saying that, it is the rfl...could still give him a higher grading

Mikey had a face like a slapped arris after his goading was met with a certain chant. He never passes and has been found out. Just tackle him and he?s done.


Hopefully he?ll grow up a bit soon and stop walking around town asking people if they know who he is.


As for the game, can?t be too upset with it in the circumstances. Cust should?ve left his arms up instead of trying to avoid it, would?ve still been bad but going 100% shoulder looks far worse. Don?t like how both of the scuffles in the second half weren?t looked at given there were clear and obvious strikes exchanged.


Just pleased we have players across the park who actually look bothered about playing for the shirt and eachother. Ashworth a deserved MOM coming from the bench and looking like a seasoned second rower.
