no one questions your commitment sadfish its evolved into a great site but I guess many have adblockers engaged because its impossible to read our local papers rather excellent RL coverage without them.

Thanks for the hard work so far.


The current bug I am experiencing, if I press the eye, it skips to the last page, then I press previous page, and it appears to send me two pages back, whilst thinking it has only sent me one page back.


If I then press previous again, it takes me to what looks to be the same page, but one from which I can then click next to get to the original page I was looking for.


So it looks like the previous button on the last page is jumping too far

you could always do what some leading newspapers do now to protect their advertising clients
If you have add blockers on then you cant read the pages so you have to allow them if you want to read them

Website is definitely coming along and improving by the day, so thanks for all the hard work been put into it!


If I was to make a suggestion myself it would be to add a confirm message in again when deleting a post. At the moment as soon as you press delete the post just goes. And since delete is immediately next to edit, and my finger coordination seems to be pretty garbage, I've accidently deleted posts on a few occasions and I don't get to option to stop it.

Utterly unusable on mobile now. Banner ads, video ad in corner, and then full screen scrollers in the feed that’s are about 80% of the time unable to be scrolled past. Page randomly scrolling itself and refreshing so it’s impossible to read a post and it’s taken me far too long to write this. Hull Daily Mail has a more easily navigable website and that is saying something.


Tried to comment on a game thread on Friday and just ended up giving up.
