| Just one thing to ad, why is the carvell and colborn signings classed as bad? They were signed late on. To fill a void in the squad. Short term deals and they both helped us put. I reckon I earned more than colborn this year!

do you genuinely not think signing Carvell was a mistake?

| Carvell played 7 games for us, he had a few good games. He appeared to have a bad attitude, I was sat behind the bench at KC vs Wigan, he spit his dummy out, barged past Andy Last, threw his substitute bib and water bottle on the floor and didn't speak to anyone for a while. If he was "good" Hull wouldn't of let him go to cas

| Quote nottinghamtiger="nottinghamtiger"He played very well for about the first 10 games of the year. Since then he has had the odd good game, the vast majority have been very ordinary and lately he has been awful. Terrible under pressure - subbed off at Wembley to give him some time to get his head straight and one the worst half-back performances I have ever seen in our other big game last night when a win would have seen us top the league.
Most of our kicking game recently has gone through Finn, Sneyd's confidence seems to be completely shot.
As for goal kicking - he will either land 5/5 or 0/5, as soon as he misses he gets the jitters and will almost always struggle from then on unless he gets one under the posts to lift his confidence. The easy conversion he missed at Wembley reflects how poor he is under pressure.
Good luck with him next year, he's a good bloke by all accounts and deserves to do well. However, I can't help thinking he was just in the form of his life early in the season and Salford were laughing all the way to the bank when they got 100k+ for him.'"
He's talented but as I've said on here before, Hull fans have too high expectations of a young player who has had one decent season.

Agree, he's got scapegoat tattooed right across his forehead already! Not sure if it will be the fans scapegoat though, more likely Radfords!

As long as fans don't expect a MOM performance from him every game I think he'll go well. Even the Broughs and Dobsons of this world have ordinary or bad games, Sneyd will be a grower and it may be even a few seasons before we see the best of him but we have to stick with him and not chop and change all the time which is the main thing to worry about

| We needed a prop. Green was injured long term. Soon as green was fit carvell was moved. He served a purpose. Otherwise our props would be Bowden feka watts paea. When normally use two starting two on bench. Left no cover. Carvell had probably one good game for us at a time the full team under performed . imo the signing served a purpose. Even with carvell we had to play Thompson at prop.

Probably as highly unlikely as anything I can think of.

| On the merchandise point, I think the club have been gearing up to have a year of traditional kits next year for the 150th anniversary, hence why the kits over the last 2 years haven't been our traditional look, and the off field stuff has had a lot of gold and blue. They have to keep rotating the styles to keep the sales up.

I hope you are right (and I suspect you are), I'd imagine the 150 year kits have been designed for quite some time.
