From what i can read into PG has re-structured the whole playing side starting from youth upwards. Imports and becoming harder to come by and developing from within is the way forwards. Agar didn't even let the youth train with the first team and very rarely promoted players into the first team. Unfortunately at the moment younger replacements are also injured (Shaul at FB and Nicklas in halves).
The youth teams use the same drills and calls during games, something that didn't happen under Agar, maybe it wasn't his fault and was being handcuffed by Hetherington?
Results have not been good in first team so far but i would rather have Adam Pearson and Peter Gentle running the club than Hetherington and Agar.

And Holdsworth, swap him for Seymour and I think we would have won that game.

It's knack all to do with the club, it's the coach in question. Noble worked for Bradford, McNamara didn't really come close.
