Briscoe is no FB

Tickle shouldn't need rotating during a game imho. Isn't involved that much to be fatigued.

I think it's more a case of he switches off mentally.

I disagree, he does a lot of defensive work and is taking a hit up every set i would say. He is probably our worst culprit for penalties too - which are not normally offsides etc, they are more fatigue style penalties - lazy high tackle, laying on etc

Worst culprit for penalties is Westy by a country mile. I like Westy's spirit and he gets involved but he'd be a better player if he cleaned up his act.

Agree entirely. You can almost see the fatigue coming on. In the Agar days I complained that Tickle and others either weren't subbed or were subbed just after they started making mistakes rather than just before. Ticks of course needs to be on as much as possible for his kicking but I was hoping that PG would manage the bench and rotation better and that with more kickers in the team that would help. On Saturday to be fair keeping Tickle on the pitch was a good call and probably got us the point in the end.
