Have spoke to Lynne today and the good news is that Alf is home.
He has had a real rough few days but seems to be on the mend.
Lynne contacted me to get on here and thank you all for your best wishes ,specially at this time of year.
Alf is a stubborn bugger at the best of times and this was never going to get him down
Lynne said hes obviously tired but on the up.
They have asked me to get the names of who posted so that if and when hes sees any of you he will thank you personally but as we all know our names are a guarded secret....especially on here lol but if you would pm me guys and gals i will make sure he at least gets your names ...even if he dont know you by sight ok
So all is well in Super Alf world..

Deffo not mate, he worked at Permoglaze and Akzo all his working life and didn't learn to drive till quite late in life, knows as much about engineering/ cars as rovers fans do about rugby LOL
