I e-mailed the club Thursday last week regarding passes that had been renewed over the phone and no acknowledgement or anything being sent out. To date I have not got any form of reply to that either. HULLFC customer service = big fat ZERO. Now they want us to bring in a receipt when we pick up our new passes. How can you bring what you havent given us. NUMPTIES.

So I'm not allowed to say something when I see someone being bullied on here? You keep on, with your little clique with Standee, thinking everyone thinks your comments are witty and valid. Standee (the RL Fans persona) is a bully and I'm not afraid to say when I think someone has said something out of turn.
