Quote: Hull White Star "As far as I know, Gentle has wanted this fixture change for a while now, these things obviously take time to sort out. We wanted to play Friday night, Cas said no and still wanted the Sunday fixture so the RFL had to get involved. Not very good for us either (Voices) as we are staging the Heritage Day on the Saturday and thats been booked and planned for a year to coincide with National Heritage Day.'"
Which further emphasises my point. All we had to is say to the league before the fixtures were released was if our last game is at home we want to schedule it on a friday! Perhaps the club could do that now for next year!
I know the fixtures are hard work and I don't usually moan about it but it just seems now that it is harder and harder to plan round them and the lateness fo the changes. It can't help season pass sales. Every year I miss at least 1 home fixture and have to rescheulde other things to make games and it must affect season pass sales. I actually think it's been netter this season as most of our games have been on sunday's but I just thought this been the last normal home game it was a bad one to move so late when it's not for TV.
I will shut up now on the topic but I though I'd stick my tuppence in on the subject.
