Don't usually mind Phil Clarke TBF but his comment during the commentry of "I don't know why Hull are so bothered about losing Manu, they got him from Cas anyway" really annoyed me. What does it matter where we got him from? The fact is we are losing a quality player, I noticed Stevo was quick to tell him so.

Three years ago Wigan Identified why Leeds were so forward as a club in comparison, they have changed there approach and backed the youth system more and hey presto they are now challenging the Rhinos. Its not rocket science, while you allow players like Brisco to leave like he did, things will never change.

Your spot on and Adam Pearson has mentioned this numerous times about the lack of investment in the youth set up,coaching facilities etc from the last board and he has invested heavily recently, but this will take time to filter through.
One thing i noticed when i have watched the under 20/18s is the size difference, London,Wigan whoever have looked bigger and faster, our lads have the heart but got beat by more physical players. Now with our new set up hopefully we will catch up.
I think while Adams here the Briscoe fiasco wont happen again.
