I'm not defending them per ce but just because they're not in the press acknowledging we're rubbish and the coach needs to go doesn't mean hints aren't moving in the background. The trouble is that things don't move as quickly as fans may want because there is generally more to consider than what the public sees.
I run a company and even when things are going bad we tell everyone how good things are or how relatively were beating the curve etc etc because that's what boards do. And when I was previously a senior manager at another firm I had to sack a few people but had to follow process and protocol which took way longer than I wanted but unfortunately had to be done.
Keep the faith, ultimately uncle Kath has a responsibility to to the best for the business and the major repeatable revenue stream is the fans who's numbers dwindle as the team gets worse.'"
There's nothing to stop them coming out and admitting things are unacceptable and need to improve though. It's the fact they're seemingly ignoring it that annoys the fans. Didn't the SKY commentators say that hudgell had written a piece to that effect in the dobbins programme for the leeds match? |

Fair comment, maybe they need to change their spin to keep more fans happy - if that's possible any more. But if Hudge did say those things it doesn't mean they're doing more than our board is behind the scenes to rectify things...however you're completely right at least it gives them some semblance of credibility that they're in step with the fans and that they're all in it together. |

I'm not sure about the whole DOR/manager/coach roles/jargon anyway. One man in charge of the team regardless of titles and that's that. If, let's say for arguments sake, Noble came then it would have to be at the expense of Agar, not in 'complimentary' roles either way. Personally I would keep Webster ad assistant and if Rich was to stay it could only be in some sort if development/scout role which he clearly has some talent in.
