So surely teams with grade b or even a licenses are no longer safe? Making it a mockery as technically any team can be kicked out if the rfl feel like it.

Does this mean the RFL are basically saying it was a failed idea as a certain few ( not mentioning anyone ) clubs have completely failed to reach the expectations set. Another pointless idea.
